The first time I had it, was running 6 days/week
3 miles/day for 5 days a week, then a 5-8 mile run on Saturday, then take Sunday off & start again.
These days I just walk, but I probably walk ~2K miles/year. The only time I run is when I'm getting ready for the Shamrock, which I'll probably pass on this year. :(
